To enter use the Heart Cutouts you received in your pack (delivered in St. Vincent’s, Navan Rd.)
Decorate the heart , draw a picture, write a poem, a joke or take part in a random act of kindness. Tell us about it on your heart or show us with a photogragh

Examples of acts of Kindness:
• Let someone know your thinking of them /Call a friend
• Hold the door open for Someone
• Help prepare a meal for someone
• Empty the bins
• Do a chore
• Talk about the good old days with a friend

Hang your competition entry on the Tree of Love and Kindness outside the Galvin no later than Monday February 14th.
