Jessica recently completed Avista’s Pathways programme and has shared her experience and journey towards person-centred planning goals with our first- and second-year T.E.E.S group .
Jessica’s pathway has led her to:
Participate in phone skills training 
Learn to travel via the train 
Complete work experience in her local community café 
Apply and start a college course 
After her presentation, Jessica gave peer support and insights into her learnings to date. She did a fantastic job explaining her experience and we couldn’t be prouder!
