Our core value of the month is Service.
Service defines the way we do things at Avista; with quality and compassion. Our value of service underpins how we go about our days, our practice, and how we relate to one another. Service means helping one another from a well-intentioned place. It can look like going the extra mile for someone, helping a busy team member, making someone a cup of tea, or being truly present in conversations.
