Today Is International Day of People With Disabilities 2024 It is an international day promoted by the United Nations. The aim of the day is to promote an understanding of disability issues and support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with disabilities.
It also aims to increase awareness of the benefits of inclusion of persons with disabilities in every aspect of political, social, economic and cultural life.
We celebrate all our supported individuals across Dublin, Limerick and North Tipperary and take pride in their achievements to date.
Our mission at Avista is to work together with the people we support to live their best lives through the delivery of quality services while promoting their roles as active citizens in an inclusive society.
