Our core value of the month is Respect.
Respect is something that we pick up on quickly, and is often shown through the most subtle acts. Respect looks like truly listening to others, showing consideration in how we speak and relate to each other, accepting differences, upholding people’s dignity, and respecting people’s space and privacy. In its simplest form, respect is treating others as we would like to be treated.
