Do you have a question our Disability Legal Information Clinic can help with? It could be about education, employment, discrimination, the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act or any other topic related to disability and the law in Ireland.

The clinic has appointments available in person and online until May 2025.

In the clinic students on our LLM in International and Comparative Disability Law and Policy provide free, confidential, accessible legal information to disabled people, their families and supporters. Students are supervised by a member of the CDLP team and a qualified legal practitioner.  They will research your question before the appointment and do their best to provide detailed, accessible information on all your queries.
