Wishing you all a very happy new year.

In January 2025 we have a new Value of the month to celebrate and reflect on.

Our core value of the month is respect. Respect is something that can be conveyed immediately, often through non-verbal communication. Respect looks like hearing one another, being accepting, welcoming differences, being non-judgemental, empathetic and upholding the dignity of others.

Increased respect can come from learning about and understanding our differences. This month, I invite you to find out more about people and practices you are not familiar with. This might look like asking curious questions, listening more intently, or educating yourself. See how you can deepen your understanding and empathy for others this month.

To learn more about this month’s core Value join  the E-Hub session on Monday 20th of January at 2pm where you can share stories, songs, poems, art and photos of respect in action.
