The Avista nursing team and the HSE will be coordinating the following walk-in flu and Covid 19 vaccinations for staff and supported individuals on the following dates.
19th November in St. Louise’s Centre Glenmaroon– Clinic set up in the Multipurpose Room – planned starting time at 11am – contact person Lenette Montesino HP Coordinator.
19th November St. Vincent’s Centre Navan Road – Clinic set up in the rooms 137 and 138 (first floor – beside the side stairs) – planned starting time at 8.30am until 4pm – contact person Agnieszka Janicka CNS in IPC.
20th November St. Joseph’s Centre Clonsilla Clinic set up in the Sacred Heart – planned starting time at 8.30 until 4pm – contact person Tanya Brannigan Clinic Nurse.
